We offer Chicago's largest selection of both imported cheeses as well as American Artisan and Farmstead selections. Trends and the tastes of individual customers change, so the search for exceptional traditional and hand crafted cheeses never ends. We know our customers, often by name, so we can anticipate what they will like. With a focus on culture and history, our gourmet cheeses are selected with as much care as they are handled.

Our cheese mongers are enamored of exotic rarities such as Portuguese cheese made with thistle rennet or, raisin and brandy coated Regal de Bourgogne. Other favorites include aged raw milk cheeses, real Parmigiano Reggiano, Cowgirl Creamery selections and Neal's Yard Dairy imports. We also make a point of carrying regionally made cheeses such as Zingerman's Creamery Cheeses from Ann Arbor, Mich., Capriole Goat Cheese, from Greenville, Ind., and Reny Picot French Cheese from Benton Harbor, Mich.
