The beauty and elegance of our pastries comes from the purity of ingredients and execution, not from something that's added on to impress. You won't find superficial beauty built from excessive egg washes, mirror glazes or myriad of complicated components. Each pastry from our bakery is made with careful execution from simple, natural ingredients combined with care and skill.

Cultured European butter is used in our croissants to create the perfect rich flavor and flaky texture. Scharffen Berger non-alkalized cocoa is used in our cakes so they "scream" chocolate. Frangipane is not only baked inside our almond croissants, it is baked on top to create a fabulously deep almond flavor.

Our flavors are intense, yet not overly sweet. We like our pastries to taste like pastry -not like sugar. Our key lime tarts have a wonderful pucker, our scones are buttery, and our devil's food cake is pure chocolate heaven.
