Our objective in sourcing new products is based on a philosophy that we should honor the past, relish the present, and look with eager anticipation to the future.  We are always on a quest to find the most unique, new, and innovative products in the world.  But as committed as we are to finding “what’s new”, we are equally passionate about showcasing and highlighting foods and food traditions that are centuries old, and presenting them in ways that are current and fresh to today’s foodie.  From a hand-made torrone from a small bakery in Sicily, to chocolates that represent the finest of the bean-to-bar artisan movement here in the United States, we understand that there are incredible food finds in every corner of the world, as well as in our own backyard. Truly great food does not have to be fancy or gourmet, as often the most simple, traditional, artisanally made foods are some of the world’s greatest culinary treasures.
