Much of the seafood at Fox & Obel falls in the unique and hard-to-find category. Because it is shipped from its origin to Chicago every day, it’s the freshest possible. Proper handling and inspection require skill and experience. There are no shortcuts here - we take pride in each and every fish and shellfish we put on ice. Wild salmon, halibut, tilapia and walleye are a few crowd favorites. So are soft shell crabs in season and live Maine lobster.
