Everyone has a favorite cheese, whether it be mild, sharp, creamy, hard, or pungent. Thus, our assortment is a diverse collection of regional American artisanal creations alongside popular Old World classics. Most of our cheeses are handcrafted using traditional production methods and, of course, farm-fresh cow, sheep and goat’s milk, with a wide selection of both raw and pasteurized cheese available.

Our cheeses are selected and looked after with loving care, because passing the very best flavor and quality onto you is our ultimate goal. At the full-service counter we encourage tasting cheese before you buy it. While it is being cut to order, a Fox & Obel cheesemonger will be happy to chat with you about the story behind your selection and suggest accompaniments to best complement it.
