Aged in small casks in Modena, Italy, Elsa Six Year Balsamic is a slightly sweet, well-balanced vinegar. A traditional, slow fermentation of cooked grape must, still occurring at the estate’s original location in Emilia-Romagna, produces this vinegar’s more delicate flavor. With only 6% acidity, it is an aromatic and lighter balsamic, perfect for adding to salad dressings, tossing into pasta, or soaking up with your favorite bread.

Our premier white wine vinegar, Perel Cuisine’s Late Harvest Riesling proves just how versatile vinegar can be. With its sweet, tangy flavor, it is perfectly suited to summer slaws and salads, as well as cold-weather favorites like roasted pork and braised cabbage. This unique spin on traditional white wine vinegars will find a way into your every meal as its addictive and satisfying sweet note lingers on the palate.

Created by combining Saporoso Malpighi Balsamic Vinegar, sugar, and natural fruit pectin, this delightful balsamic spread is a must-have for any home chef. Produced in highly limited quantities in Modena, the Italian village considered the epicenter of everything balsamic, Villa Manodori Balsamic Vinegar is created from locally grown trebbiano grapes. The vinegar is aged for ten to twenty years in oak, chestnut, and juniper barrels allowing for a complex mingling of sweet, tangy, and earthy flavors. This is, by far, the finest vinegar I have tasted in years. It was a gift to me from a friend. I think that one should sample a vinegar in the same manor as a wine; after all- grapes and aging. The friend who gave it to me and I have been tracking the finest of vinegars for over five decades. How odd you may say; and I may agree. However, it makes a world of difference. I would strongly urge others to try it.
