When we opened in 2001, we conducted a series of seven double-blind coffee tastings, varying beans, roasts & blends. We then created our own signature roast, Streeter’s Blend, based on the best characteristics of each winner. This whole bean coffee is a true delight to wake up to and a wonderful way to introduce friends to some of Chicago’s best coffee.
